Description

You will design intuitive and innovative user experiences for Collibra's complex enterprise SaaS platform, collaborating with product managers and developers to gather user input and ensure designs meet user and business needs. This hybrid role is based in Prague, requiring at least two days in the office per week.

Requirements

• 8+ years UX/UI, HCI, or product design experience.
• Proficiency in Figma for wireframes, prototypes, and mockups.
• Portfolio demonstrating full-lifecycle goal-centered interface design for complex web/desktop applications.
• Solid understanding of Agile development methodologies (Scrum, Kanban).
• Familiarity with project management tools (Asana, Jira).

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with product managers, developers, and stakeholders to understand requirements and ensure design feasibility.
• Develop wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups illustrating user flows and functionality.
• Conduct user research and usability testing to gather feedback and inform design decisions.
• Contribute to and maintain the design system for consistency across the application.
• Manage workload to meet deadlines, resolve blockers, and communicate status to stakeholders.
