You'll blend sourcing leadership with end-to-end recruitment ownership for NICE EMEA. You'll build talent pipelines, conduct market mapping, and act as a key enablement resource for the TA team. This role offers a unique mix of hands-on sourcing and full-cycle recruiting in a fast-paced tech company.

๐ŸŽฏ What You'll Do

  • Lead proactive sourcing across a variety of EMEA roles
  • Partner with Talent Acquisition Partners to support sourcing
  • Build and maintain robust talent pipelines
  • Conduct market mapping and talent research

๐Ÿ“‹ Requirements

  • 3+ years of in-house recruiting experience in tech or high-growth environment
  • Strong hands-on experience with proactive sourcing using LinkedIn Recruiter and AI
  • Proven ability to identify, engage, and assess high-quality talent
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
