You'll blend sourcing leadership with end-to-end recruitment ownership for NICE EMEA. You'll build talent pipelines, conduct market mapping, and act as a key enablement resource for the TA team. This role offers a unique mix of hands-on sourcing and full-cycle recruiting in a fast-paced tech company.
๐ฏ What You'll Do
- Lead proactive sourcing across a variety of EMEA roles
- Partner with Talent Acquisition Partners to support sourcing
- Build and maintain robust talent pipelines
- Conduct market mapping and talent research
๐ Requirements
- 3+ years of in-house recruiting experience in tech or high-growth environment
- Strong hands-on experience with proactive sourcing using LinkedIn Recruiter and AI
- Proven ability to identify, engage, and assess high-quality talent
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
