💼 About This Role

You'll provide front desk, administrative, and sales support at a premium fitness studio, ensuring a welcoming and positive client experience. Your role is key to building community and driving sales through outstanding service. You'll also maintain studio cleanliness and assist coaches to keep operations running smoothly.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Greet clients warmly and use their names
• Process class bookings, cancellations, and package purchases
• Maintain studio cleanliness and address maintenance issues
• Follow up with client leads to meet sales quota

📋 Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent
• No prior experience required (1 year sales preferred)
• Flexible schedule including mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays
• Ability to lift up to 30 pounds and stand for long periods

✨ Nice to Have

• Some college education
• 1 year sales experience
• Mindbody (MBO) experience
