Description

You will lead assortment strategies for the Accessories category, partnering with Design and Production to deliver consumer-focused assortments that meet sales and margin targets. Your role involves driving cross-functional alignment, presenting seasonal plans, and tracking business performance to shape product decisions that enhance the brand.

Requirements

• 6+ years merchandising experience (omni, international, wholesale)
• 2 years leadership/management experience preferred
• Strong relationships with product development, design, production, buying teams
• Deep knowledge of current women's market
• Excellent communication and organizational skills

Responsibilities

• Develop seasonal strategies for Accessories to meet sales and margin goals
• Create and communicate seasonal line plans guiding design and production
• Merchandise product assortments that achieve financial targets
