You'll own the revenue engine at a mission-driven healthtech startup, building systems and processes for Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success. Your impact will turn GTM complexity into predictability, enabling the team to close faster and retain better. You'll work with cutting-edge AI and be backed by top VCs.
๐ฏ What You'll Do
- Own and improve the revenue tech stack (HubSpot)
- Build forecasting models and executive dashboards
- Support territory planning and quota-setting
- Align GTM leadership on targets and process adherence
๐ Requirements
- Experience in Revenue Operations leadership at B2B Enterprise SaaS (Series AโC)
- Strong analytical skills building forecasting models from messy data
- Proven track record designing scalable GTM processes
- Excellent cross-functional collaboration with Sales, Marketing, CS, and Finance

- Experience with AI or automation tools
