💼 About This Role

You'll perform all duties related to tracking and management of IT equipment, assets, and software for a US Air Force Technical Directorate. Your core impact will be managing IT inventory in the official Air Force Inventory System and ensuring compliance with AFMAN 17-1203. This role offers the opportunity to serve as the Primary Equipment Control Officer.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Track and manage IT equipment, assets, and software
• Prepare order requests and handle storage and inventory
• Generate and manage hand receipts for assigned assets
• Track software licenses and manage renewals
• Prepare annual inventory reports and monthly software summaries

📋 Requirements

• 3+ years professional experience
• Experience with inventory management software (ServiceNow)
• Experience handling IT hardware like laptops and printers
• Ability to obtain DPAS/ELMS certificate within 6 months and CHAMP within 12 months

• Associates degree or higher
• Military background
• Experience with Microsoft Office Suite and SharePoint
