You'll own and grow a territory in the Honolulu market, developing relationships with key decision makers and delivering tailored fluid power solutions. 🎯 What You'll Do
- Develop and grow relationships with engineers, purchasing, and operations leaders.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities within your territory.
- Conduct regular customer visits and technical sales discussions.
- Prepare and deliver customer proposals and solution recommendations.
📋 Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in industrial sales, preferably in fluid power.
- Bachelor's degree in business or engineering, or equivalent experience.
- Strong background in solution-based or consultative selling.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and CRM systems.
✨ Nice to Have
- Fluid Power certification is a plus.
- Familiarity with industrial automation, mechanical systems, or PLCs is a plus.
