💼 About This Role

You'll lead cross-suite integration programs and AI tools adoption within Quality Engineering. Your core impact will standardize quality delivery and drive process excellence across R&D, QA, and Release teams. This role offers the opportunity to shape quality strategy at a global market leader.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Own and drive SDLC governance and quality process standards
• Lead end-to-end cross-suite integration programs across multiple product lines
• Champion AI-powered tools adoption within the Quality organization
• Define and execute quality improvement programs targeting defect escape rates

📋 Requirements

• 7–10 years in program or project management within software development
• 5+ years in a key SDLC role (QA, engineering, or release management)
• Experience leading cross-functional, multi-team integration programs
• Solid understanding of software quality processes (test planning, defect lifecycle, UAT)

✨ Nice to Have

• Scrum Master experience strongly preferred
• Experience driving technology or tooling adoption programs
• Experience with Atlassian tools (Jira, Confluence)
