Description

You will own the strategy and execution for building banking partnerships that power our payments infrastructure, sourcing and scaling relationships with financial institutions to enable new products and global growth. This highly strategic role sits at the intersection of payments, product, and regulatory infrastructure, collaborating with leadership and cross-functional teams to launch new payment capabilities and markets.

Requirements

• 8+ years in fintech, payments, or financial services partnerships
• Strong experience building and managing banking relationships in payments
• Deep understanding of payment rails, sponsor banking, acquiring, issuing, and BaaS
• Proven experience negotiating complex agreements with financial institutions
• Strategic mindset with ability to drive partnerships from strategy through execution

Responsibilities

• Own banking partnership strategy and secure financial institution relationships
• Source, structure, and negotiate partnerships with banks and sponsor banks
• Lead end-to-end partner lifecycle including sourcing, onboarding, and relationship management
• Collaborate with product and engineering to launch new payment rails and integrations
• Partner with compliance, legal, and risk teams to ensure regulatory alignment
