Your core impact is driving value realization and ROI by increasing adoption and managing renewals. You'll collaborate with account managers to grow accounts and build executive relationships.

🎯 What You'll Do

  • Act as trusted advisor providing direction and best-practice guidance.
  • Drive value and measurable business outcomes aligned to corporate objectives.
  • Own the strategic success plan and manage renewal cycles.
  • Collaborate with account managers and partners on retention and growth.

📋 Requirements

  • 5+ years in customer success or account management for enterprise SaaS marketing tech.
  • 2+ years in enterprise SaaS within DAM or Martech industry.
  • Proven experience managing a book of business at scale with C-level relationships.
  • Experience managing end-to-end renewal cycles and expansion pipelines.

✨ Nice to Have

  • Familiarity with Salesforce and Catalyst.
  • Proficiency with AI tools and understanding of AI's marketing impact.
  • Experience with system integrators and tech partners.
