Description

You will support store operations and management, focusing on customer service, sales goals, and team development. You'll assist with opening/closing procedures, training associates, and maintaining visual standards.

Requirements

• Minimum 2-3 years of retail experience
• Excellent interpersonal and team support skills
• Strong English communication, verbal and written
• Excellent time management and project management skills
• Ability to stand and walk for shifts, lift up to 20 lbs

Responsibilities

• Help achieve clienteling and data capture goals to drive sales
• Maximize personal sales and assist with conflict resolution
• Train new associates on customer service and product knowledge
• Handle all opening/closing procedures
• Participate in merchandising activities and inventory preparation
