You'll engage with homeowners through direct in-person outreach to introduce remodeling services and schedule free home demonstrations. This role serves as a stepping-stone into management or advanced sales career paths, with first-year earnings between $55k-$75k.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Engage homeowners through in-person outreach in local neighborhoods
• Introduce remodeling services and special offers via conversation
• Generate interest and schedule free in-home product demonstrations
• Represent the brand in the field

📋 Requirements

• No experience required; self-motivation is essential
• Availability to work afternoons and evenings (12m-8pm shifts)
• Must be able to stand and walk for extended periods (6-8 hours/day)
• Must be able to work outdoors in varying weather conditions
