๐ผ About This Role
You'll own the full sales cycle for the DACH market at Mollie, a leading European payments company. Your core impact is driving revenue growth by bringing small and medium-sized customers onto the platform through outbound prospecting and consultative sales. You'll work in a team of driven sales professionals with real ownership and autonomy.
๐ฏ What You'll Do
- Own and grow a pipeline of SMBs from first outreach to live customer
- Run high-quality outbound prospecting with a call-first approach
- Lead discovery calls and commercial conversations to move deals forward
- Close new merchants and collaborate with internal teams for onboarding
๐ Requirements
- Proven outbound sales experience with full ownership of the sales cycle
- At least 1 year of sales closing experience with a track record of exceeding targets
- Call-first prospecting mindset with at least 50% pipeline self-generated
- Fluency in German (written and spoken)
