You'll serve as a trusted advisor for Kao's UK functions, delivering business goals through people initiatives. Your core impact involves attracting, developing, and retaining diverse talent while driving organizational change in a matrix environment. This role offers the chance to work with both blue- and white-collar populations across multiple sites.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Partner with leaders to attract, develop, and retain diverse talent.
• Advise and coach managers on employee relations and performance management.
• Manage HCD initiatives and drive change in a complex matrix environment.
• Control headcount personnel costs and coordinate pay review cycles.

📋 Requirements

• CIPD qualification or equivalent.
• 5 years HR experience in a matrix environment.
• Business Partnering experience managing complex ER cases end to end.
• Organizational change experience in a multi-site, blue/white collar setting.

✨ Nice to Have

• Supply chain or production experience.
• Fluency in German and knowledge of German labour market.
• Experience with HRIS systems and data analytics.
