Description

You will drive net new business in a pure hunting role, managing the entire sales cycle from prospecting to close. You'll help prospective customers experience our Global HR Platform and understand how to maximise Remote's suite of products to meet their employment needs.

Requirements

  • Fluent level of German and English
  • High level of integrity and work ethic
  • Self-motivated and self-directed; able to work independently and as part of a team
  • In-depth understanding of company services and sales processes
  • Demonstrated ability to initiate and convert prospects, close deals and achieve sales quotas

Responsibilities

  • Create 'Land' opportunity deals with detailed notes and accurate close dates
  • Maintain a clean and current pipeline of volume-based, high velocity opportunities
  • Efficiently present information to potential clients and answer questions promptly
  • Collaborate internally with key departments that support client process and support
  • Close sales deals efficiently and meet or exceed sales quota
