You will manage NICE's most important customers, building long-term relationships and identifying upsell and cross-sell opportunities. You'll consult with clients on their contact center business, present customized presentations, and track retention and revenue growth.

Requirements

  • 4+ years account management in customer service or contact center
  • Working technical knowledge of contact center software/design/functionality
  • Experience managing large Enterprise-level customers
  • 20-40% travel required
