You will manage NICE's most important customers, building long-term relationships and identifying upsell and cross-sell opportunities. You'll consult with clients on their contact center business, present customized presentations, and track retention and revenue growth.
Requirements
- 4+ years account management in customer service or contact center
- Working technical knowledge of contact center software/design/functionality
- Experience managing large Enterprise-level customers
- 20-40% travel required
