Description

As a Customer Success Manager at MongoDB, you will act as a strategic advisor for German-speaking customers, guiding them through the customer journey to accelerate time-to-value and growth. You will proactively identify and mitigate technical risks, facilitate resolution of high-stakes challenges, and collaborate with internal teams to drive customer outcomes. This role is remote from Frankfurt, Germany.

Requirements

  • 7+ years in Customer Success, Technical Account Management, or similar customer-centric role for a technical product
  • 4+ years accountable for customer health and revenue for Global 2000 customers
  • Ability to act autonomously and take full ownership of customer portfolio
  • Entrepreneurial mindset and team player
  • Bilingual English and German

Responsibilities

  • Act as strategic advisor, guiding customers on MongoDB best practices and technology strategy
  • Proactively identify and mitigate technical risks for complex accounts
  • Build and execute account plans to mitigate risk and drive growth 3+ quarters out
  • Lead in-person executive business reviews for strategic customers
  • Document all customer interactions in Gainsight and Salesforce.com
