Requirements

• 2-4 years of product management experience in a technology-driven environment
• Proven ability to translate complex user needs into scalable product solutions
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments
• Technical understanding to collaborate with engineers (coding not required)

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end lifecycle of features/products from ideation to launch and iteration
• Contribute to roadmap development aligning with business goals and customer needs
• Collaborate with engineering, design, marketing, sales, and in-country teams
• Conduct user research and analyze data to identify customer pain points and opportunities
• Write product requirements, prioritize backlog, and ensure timely delivery
