💼 About This Role

You'll join the estimating team to prepare and coordinate technical proposals for complex building projects. You'll analyze tender documentation and develop cost estimations for MEP installations across HVAC, electrical, and plumbing disciplines. This role offers the chance to work on multidisciplinary construction tenders with innovative technical solutions.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Analyze tender documentation for MEP specifications and drawings
• Request, review, and analyze quotations from suppliers and subcontractors
• Prepare cost estimates based on technical solutions and supplier offers
• Coordinate MEP trades with other technical disciplines in the project

📋 Requirements

• Bachelor's or Master's in Electromechanics or Mechanical Engineering
• Minimum 5 years of experience in MEP tendering or estimating
• Strong knowledge of MEP systems, especially HVAC installations
• Fluent in English with good command of French and Dutch
