💼 About This Role

You'll lead national value-based care contracting strategy and oversee business development across payor and provider partners at a high-growth oncology services company. You'll refine and execute value-based care agreements and build a scalable growth function playbook. This role offers the chance to shape the future of cancer care delivery.

🎯 What You'll Do

  • Lead payor contracting activities across national and regional payors
  • Design and implement full-risk payment models for MA, Commercial, Medicaid
  • Refine and enhance scalable growth function playbook and contract templates
  • Partner with finance, clinical operations, and legal to operationalize agreements

📋 Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree
  • 12+ years healthcare experience including contracting or med economics
  • Proven performance building value-based care agreements at high-growth company
  • Deep understanding of VBC performance levers across MA, Commercial, Medicare

✨ Nice to Have

  • Master's degree preferred
  • Existing relationships with MA, Commercial, Medicaid payer leaders
  • Experience with oncology-specific alternative payment models
