You'll maintain and advance security posture across compliance, risk management, and security awareness at a defence AI company. Your work ensures strict security is fundamental to operations in a technically demanding, regulated environment.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Conduct internal audits against ISO 27001 and BSI IT-Grundschutz.
• Prepare and maintain security documentation and policies.
• Advance risk management processes and maintain risk registers.
• Design and execute security awareness initiatives.

📋 Requirements

• Hands-on experience with ISO 27001 or BSI IT-Grundschutz audits.
• Experience managing risk identification and assessment.
• Ability to communicate security requirements to non-security stakeholders.
• Fluent German for regulatory environment.

• Professional certifications like ISO 27001 Lead Auditor.
• Experience in defence, government, or critical infrastructure.
• Familiarity with SOC 2 or NIST frameworks.
