💼 About This Role

You'll partner with hiring teams across marketing, operations, and commercial functions to drive end-to-end recruitment for the UK & Ireland org. You will own requisitions and contribute to strategic hiring initiatives while building talent pipelines for both volume and niche roles. This role offers hybrid working from our London office.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Manage full lifecycle recruitment for junior to mid-level roles
• Drive process improvements and operational changes
• Provide data-driven hiring updates to leadership
• Partner with management on long-term hiring plans

📋 Requirements

• Experience as a GTM/Corporate recruiter across Sales, Marketing, Operations
• Proven stakeholder management in large, complex departments
• Confidence using data tools like Ashby Analytics & Greenhouse
• Track record of proactive candidate generation and talent pooling
