Description
Lead and build a team of pure hunters, driving sales and pipeline growth across Southeast Asia and Greater China. You will partner with sales leadership, refine scalable processes, and mentor distributed account executives to over-achieve their goals.
Requirements
- Proven track record of mentoring direct reports on pipeline building and closing
- Experience managing geographically distributed quota-carrying Account Executives (hunting net new business)
- Experience working in fast-paced environments such as startups
- Strategic mindset with ability to functionally execute and grow global teams
- Fluent English; experience managing teams across SEA, South Asia, GCR is an advantage
Responsibilities
- Partner with sales leadership and functional groups to ensure hunter team over-achieves goals
- Help direct reports articulate career paths and identify improvements in the sales cycle
- Lead team in identifying and prioritising prospective accounts, establishing sales metrics and forecasts
- Guide use of sales tools and understand customer profiles for consistent results
- Conduct performance reviews and provide weekly/quarterly reporting on pipeline and wins/losses
