You'll drive a multi-year sports sponsorship program at Stripe, building it from the ground up. You'll manage end-to-end execution across teams and events, shaping a world-class execution engine at the intersection of brand, marketing, and B2B hospitality.
π― What You'll Do
- Lead global end-to-end program management for multi-year sports sponsorships
- Build repeatable playbooks and toolkits to scale event execution
- Coordinate budget plans and ensure spend is on track
- Own program communications and operational reporting
π Requirements
- 7-10+ years of project management experience in brand, marketing, sports, or events
- Experience leading complex cross-functional initiatives
- Ability to manage multiple executive-level stakeholders and competing priorities
- Experience creating playbooks and operational documentation for scaled programs
β¨ Nice to Have
- Experience with large-scale, high-profile brand hospitality events
- Experience managing projects in Asana or similar software
