🎯 What You'll Do

• Develop and improve quality programs and SOPs aligning with CLSI, CLIA, CAP standards.
• Lead root cause investigations and corrective actions for phlebotomy errors.
• Monitor QA KPIs, analyze clinical data, and report on trends.
• Train new hires and provide retraining based on performance gaps.

📋 Requirements

• 2+ years in Quality Assurance or Quality Management in a clinical setting.
• 5+ years of hands-on phlebotomy experience.
• 2+ years of supervisory or people management experience.
• Active phlebotomy certification (AMT, ASCP, or NCCT).

✨ Nice to Have

• Experience with CLSI standards and CLIA/CAP regulations.
• Experience writing SOPs and policy documentation.
• Proven ability to coach and develop team members.
