Description

You will oversee multiple reconditioning lines to ensure production metrics are met, identify bottlenecks, conduct root cause analysis, and guide site leadership. You'll foster team development, implement process improvements, and ensure safety compliance.

Requirements

• 8+ years management in automotive or lean manufacturing
• Experience leading teams of 50+ associates
• Proven ability to solve operational challenges via root cause analysis
• Valid unrestricted driver's license with clean driving record (3 years)
• Ability to stand/walk for extended periods and lift up to 60 lbs

Responsibilities

• Oversee multiple reconditioning lines and plan production for a full shift
• Identify and resolve bottlenecks affecting site throughput and efficiency
• Conduct root cause analysis and execute action plans
• Lead weekly site performance reviews with senior leadership
• Support Continuous Improvement projects and foster team development
