You will curate high-quality stamp auctions for the Benelux market, evaluating lots, creating weekly selections, and collaborating with Sales and Marketing to attract sellers and bidders. Your expertise ensures fair, transparent, and compelling auctions that drive category growth.

Requirements

• Strong passion and proven expertise in Stamps
• Solid knowledge of stamps market in Netherlands or Belgium; both is a plus
• Excellent commercial skills with experience in negotiation and relationship building
• Ability to work autonomously and make sound decisions in fast-paced environment
• Good command of English, written and spoken

Responsibilities

• Evaluate and arrange stamp lots submitted by users ensuring attractive and relevant listings
• Create compelling weekly lot selections using market expertise and professional network
• Review titles, descriptions, and images to assess quality and provide accurate estimated values
• Maintain transparent and fair transactions by applying expert judgement to every submission
• Collaborate with Sales to attract new sellers and with Marketing to increase bidder engagement
