💼 About This Role

You'll lead the adoption of our generative AI platform for nursing, directly reducing clinical documentation burden through product expertise and customer relationships. You'll define success metrics and build a trusted advisor council to guide strategy.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Evaluate new product offerings and provide subject matter expertise.
• Build and maintain customer relationships, onboarding users and gathering feedback.
• Design and recruit a council of trusted nurse advisors.
• Develop end-user surveys and success metrics for value communication.

📋 Requirements

• 5+ years of experience as an RN, preferably inpatient.
• Experience with electronic record systems (Epic preferred).
• Passion for improving nursing workflows and inefficiencies.
• Proven track record leading initiatives from conception to launch.

• Experience with Epic.
• Experience in fast-paced startup environment.
• Strong understanding of clinical workflows and regulatory requirements.
