Description

You will take ownership of phased array and parabolic antennas for Starlink satellites, gateways, and consumer hardware, working with cross-functional teams from concept through manufacturing. You'll influence the constellation's RF design and collaborate with leadership to drive innovation.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in engineering
• 5+ years RF/antennas research or development experience (internship/thesis acceptable)
• 1+ years experience with 3D EM simulation tools like CST, HFSS, FEKO, EMPro, TICRA or XFDTD
• Experience with basic RF concepts and antenna measurement techniques
• Programming experience in Python, C#, C++, or MATLAB

Responsibilities

• Design advanced antenna and feed systems for next-gen products including phased array and reflector products
• Fabricate and characterize prototypes of antennas, feed systems and RF front ends
• Contribute to software development and testing of digital beamforming systems
• Provide phased array expertise to set specs and debug satellite and consumer phased array products
• Analyze operational RF performance data and investigate performance improvements
