💼 About This Role

You'll lead production efforts for the VALORANT Narrative team, shepherding narrative content creation. You'll manage delivery schedules and facilitate team organization to ensure high-quality outcomes. This role offers a chance to influence world-class game content at a leading studio.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Drive and improve team work systems
• Facilitate meetings, discussions, and decisions
• Track and communicate team progress to stakeholders
• End to end feature delivery tracking

📋 Requirements

• 5+ years industry experience across PC and Console platforms
• 2+ years experience delivering Narrative content
• Experience producing cross-functional teams through all phases of content development
• Experience with live service games or multiple post-launch content updates

✨ Nice to Have

• Full feature pipeline experience on character driven projects
• Understanding of common design, engineering, and art pipelines for character creation
• Experience working within a large game organization (team of 50+)
