You'll define the technical strategy for the Consumer Wealth domain, architecting complex subsystems that power savings and investment features. You'll advance the architecture by designing scalable systems that solve complex financial engineering problems. You'll also develop the next generation of technical leaders and champion a culture of high-quality engineering.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Define technical strategy for the Consumer Wealth domain
• Design and build scalable systems for savings and investments
• Drive technical alignment across cross-organizational teams
• Mentor and develop the next generation of technical leaders

📋 Requirements

• 7+ years of back-end software engineering experience in product-based companies
• Deep experience with Java and microservices architecture
• Strong understanding of cloud platforms (AWS preferred)
• Experience with financial systems or regulated environments (plus)

• Experience with transactional consistency in financial systems
• Interest in wealth management products
• Fluent in English
