💼 About This Role

You'll advise a network of 100+ pro-democracy partner organizations on communications strategy, managing a public opinion research program and developing messaging guidance. Your core impact will be helping partners apply research findings to build durable public support for democratic values.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Manage day-to-day public opinion research program including surveys and focus groups
• Design and deliver research briefings to partners and field allies
• Develop messaging guidance and communication resources for a diverse field
• Draft weekly email product sharing research insights and content examples

📋 Requirements

• 7+ years of professional experience including communication campaigns
• Excellent project management and interpersonal skills
• Strong presentation and facilitation skills for large and small groups
• Strong understanding of modern American political and news environment
