• Coach, mentor, and unblock engineers daily
• Make fast architectural and security decisions
• Build and own developer experience tooling and workflows
• Monitor reliability and SLAs while maintaining startup speed

📋 Requirements

• Engineering leadership in high-velocity startup or scaleup
• Deep technical expertise with strong architecture instincts
• Startup operator mindset taking products from 0→1 or through hyper-growth
• Velocity obsession with iteration over perfection
