You'll own end-to-end brand design projects for a globally distributed, fully remote company shaping the future of work. Your work will directly influence brand perception across global markets through digital campaigns and offline activations. You'll collaborate with marketing and product teams in an asynchronous, fast-moving environment, taking ownership of impactful creative projects.

• Own end-to-end brand design projects from concept to execution across channels.
• Create high-quality visual assets: landing pages, campaigns, social media, email.
• Develop and evolve brand systems for consistency across all touchpoints.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate business goals into creative solutions.

📋 Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in brand design at innovative or high-growth companies.
• Strong portfolio demonstrating clean aesthetics and strong typography skills.
• Deep understanding of brand systems and maintaining consistency across outputs.
• Experience managing projects independently from idea generation to delivery.
