💼 About This Role

You'll perform routine maintenance and troubleshooting on PBF printers to ensure efficient operation. You'll conduct laser optics inspections and calibrations to maintain optimal output. This role offers the chance to develop SOPs and train production teams.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Perform routine periodic maintenance and troubleshooting of PBF Printers.
• Inspect and calibrate laser optics for optimal output.
• Maintain inventory of critical spares, consumables, and tools.
• Develop and document SOPs for printer maintenance and troubleshooting.

📋 Requirements

• 3+ years of experience with PBF printers or similar additive manufacturing.
• 1+ years of maintenance and troubleshooting experience with PBF Printers.
• Relevant maintenance certificates from OEMs or accredited institutions.
• Proficient with laser optic testing and inspection methods.

✨ Nice to Have

• Experience with other PBF printer OEMs (Velo3D, Additive Industries, GE, etc.)
• Familiarity with diagnostic software such as EOS Service.
• Familiarity with CAD or programming software.
