You'll create high-performing video ads for digital platforms and adult sites, owning the full post-production pipeline from idea to final cut. Working closely with the CMO, you'll leverage AI tools to accelerate production. You'll be joining a fast-growing AI companionship company with 50 million users.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Edit video ads optimized for user acquisition and engagement
• Lead post-production including audio, graphics, and color grading
• Collaborate on concepts and storyboards with marketing team
• Leverage AI tools like Midjourney and Runway to enhance output

📋 Requirements

• 4+ years of video editing experience for paid marketing campaigns
• Proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, or Final Cut Pro
• Experience with generative AI tools like Midjourney, Stable Diffusion, Runway
• Strong grasp of NSFW/adult content advertising trends

✨ Nice to Have

• Experience in adult, dating, or igaming industries
• Familiarity with advertising KPIs like CTR, CR, CPM, ROAS
• Comfortable working with uncensored AI models
