Description

You will guide women through perimenopause, menopause, and other midlife transitions with compassionate, evidence-based care in a virtual-first model. You'll have quality visits designed for listening and personalization, supported by a collaborative team and continuous learning.

Requirements

• Active, unrestricted Nurse Practitioner license in at least one U.S. state
• Prescriptive authority as a Nurse Practitioner
• Active national board certification (FNP, WHNP, AGNP, or similar)
• Minimum 3 years of recent NP experience in Primary Care, Women's Health, or Gynecology
• High proficiency with technology (telehealth platforms, EMRs)

Responsibilities

• Deliver personalized, evidence-based care to women navigating perimenopause and menopause
• Conduct patient consultations and develop treatment plans
• Collaborate with care coordinators and clinical team
• Participate in weekly clinical education
• Use telehealth platform for virtual visits
