You'll own always-on lifecycle programs driving user adoption and retention at Notion, reimagining the growth engine with AI and automation. You'll partner with Product, Engineering, and Data to build intelligent, personalized journeys across email and in-product.

๐ŸŽฏ What You'll Do

  • Design and run always-on lifecycle journeys end-to-end
  • Build scalable systems using AI and automation for programs
  • Translate customer signals into targeted engagement across channels
  • Run rigorous experimentation with Data and Product teams

๐Ÿ“‹ Requirements

  • 8โ€“10 years in lifecycle marketing or related roles
  • Proven track record owning triggered lifecycle programs end-to-end
  • Strong MarTech system fluency (reverse ETL, APIs, webhooks)
  • Comfort with designing A/B tests and explaining statistical significance

โœจ Nice to Have

  • Experience across B2B, B2C, and B2C2B surfaces
  • PLG (product-led growth) experience
