You'll lead the operational backbone of Crusoe's Energy Development Group, owning analytical frameworks and pipeline processes for land and power opportunities. You'll drive economic models and board-level reporting that enable strategic decisions. This is a rare chance to shape AI infrastructure at scale with an energy-first approach.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Lead and mentor a team of Energy Development Analysts
• Develop economic models for power origination and site pricing
• Improve due diligence workflows and pipeline management processes
• Create board-level presentations and executive communications

📋 Requirements

• 7+ years of progressive experience in energy sector project finance or development
• 3+ years in a managerial or team leadership role
• Experience in consulting, investment banking, or private equity
• Deep expertise in energy project financial modeling
