💼 About This Role

You'll accelerate enterprise AI impact across Flagship's ecosystem by owning execution of AI education, strategy, and tool management. As a senior individual contributor, you'll partner with developers, scientists, and business leaders to build AI capabilities from the ground up. This role offers high visibility and cross-functional reach in a fast-paced biotech innovation environment.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Translate enterprise AI strategy into function-level AI roadmaps
• Run regular cadence to surface, intake, and prioritize use cases
• Design and execute AI learning programs across the company
• Manage AI tool evaluation, procurement, and lifecycle

📋 Requirements

• At least 5 years of experience in AI, digital transformation, or management consulting
• Hands-on AI fluency with LLM platforms (Claude, ChatGPT, Gemini)
• Agentic AI fluency including autonomous agents and human-in-the-loop design
• Demonstrated experience in use case portfolio management and ROI tracking

• Experience in biotechnology or life sciences
• Low-code prototyping skills
• Familiarity with GRC systems
