• Own end-to-end UX design for portal surfaces
• Drive design decisions from customer problem to hi-fi deliverable
• Contribute to design system with reusable components
• Lead design critique and peer review sessions
• Ensure designs meet accessibility standards

📋 Requirements

• 10+ years of UX/product design experience
• Deep expertise in modern design system tooling
• Experience designing for web hosting, CMS, or SMB-facing products
• Strong systems thinker with ability to design scalable patterns
