💼 About This Role

You'll act as the executional backbone of a fast-scaling healthtech company, owning the systems, governance, and processes that drive OKR setting and cross-functional project management. You'll report to the CEO's Chief of Staff and partner with the leadership team to ensure strategic priorities translate into execution. This high-visibility role offers exposure to executive decision-making and the chance to shape company-wide initiatives.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Drive OKR-setting process and support department drafting
• Collect and update data for business delivery tracking
• Coordinate extended leadership team weekly alignment
• Run day-to-day project management of company-wide initiatives

📋 Requirements

• 3-4 years in fast-paced environment (consulting, banking, or high-growth company)
• Experience in project or program management
• Strong synthesizer and communicator: able to distill complex information
• High ownership: reliably drives issues to resolution independently

• Experience with OKR frameworks
• Familiarity with AI adoption initiatives
