💼 About This Role

You'll lead end-to-end integrated marketing campaigns for Nubank's international expansion. You'll drive go-to-market strategies and sponsorship activations across multiple regions, blending sharp strategy with hands-on execution.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Lead integrated marketing campaigns for international expansion from strategy to execution.
• Act as Campaigns Lead for major launches, owning creative and media briefs.
• Own sponsorship strategy and activation for flagship partnerships.
• Drive go-to-market strategies for new market entries and product launches.

📋 Requirements

• Professional marketing experience at Senior Manager/Senior Expert level.
• Deep hands-on expertise across multiple marketing disciplines (Media, Communications, Brand, Product Marketing, GTM, SEO, Content).
• Proven track record leading integrated campaigns end-to-end in fast-paced tech environments.
• Strong experience with sponsorship activation from evaluation to measurement.

• Exposure to crypto/blockchain/cross-border payments businesses.
• Portuguese and/or Spanish language skills; French, German or Italian a plus.
