You'll act as a trusted advisor to employees and managers in a predominantly remote UK workforce, navigating employee relations, manager coaching, organizational change, and UK benefits. Your core impact will be translating complex legal and people topics into clear, practical guidance while building strong relationships across the organization.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Build trusted relationships with UK managers as a People and Culture advisor.
• Coach leaders on performance management and employee engagement.
• Lead UK employee relations cases end-to-end.
• Provide pragmatic advice on UK employment law and policies.
• Partner on organizational change initiatives in the UK.

📋 Requirements

• 4+ years experience as an HR or People and Culture Generalist.
• UK employment law knowledge with end-to-end employee relations capability.
• Experience partnering with managers on performance and organizational change.
• Strong stakeholder management and commercial awareness.
