As VP Group Account Director, you will lead and operationalize teams to deliver profitable work for a portfolio of accounts, own revenue and forecasting, and drive organic growth. You'll engage with senior-level clients, develop strategic partnerships, and lead internal teams to ensure effective resource allocation and project execution.

• Lead and operationalize teams to deliver work within budget across a portfolio of accounts
• Own revenue and forecast for the brand, determine and negotiate budget needs
• Identify and develop organic new business opportunities
• Engage with senior-level clients and drive long-term relationship development
• Train, develop, and delegate to account team, ensure resource allocation across departments
