🎯 What You'll Do

• Recruit, hire, coach, and develop part-time Engagement Ambassadors
• Deliver exceptional client experience through consistent communication
• Develop and execute daily outreach strategies via phone, text, and video
• Monitor program performance and adjust tactics to achieve goals

📋 Requirements

• Associate's degree or equivalent experience
• Supervisory and leadership experience in past work
• Organizational skills for managing multi-faceted engagement center
• Microsoft Office proficiency particularly Word, PowerPoint, Excel
