💼 About This Role

You'll lead manufacturing technical readiness for new product introduction and mass production of transformer-specific AI systems. Your work will drive cross-functional execution from early DFM reviews through production ramp and yield optimization. This role sits at the intersection of design engineering, test engineering, operations, and supplier readiness.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Drive manufacturing readiness across NPI and mass production phases
• Lead DFM reviews for L6/L10/L11 assemblies to identify manufacturability risks
• Manage capacity planning and ramp strategies with contract manufacturers
• Drive yield optimization and process capability improvements across SMT and final assembly

📋 Requirements

• 10+ years leading manufacturing operations or NPI for complex hardware
• Deep expertise in mechanical integration, test engineering, or SMT process engineering
• Experience driving DFM and production readiness reviews for electromechanical assemblies
• Proven experience managing contract manufacturers and FATP partners

✨ Nice to Have

• Experience scaling AI servers or accelerator systems
• Familiarity with factory yield analytics and SPC methodologies
• Background with liquid-cooled systems or high-density compute integration
