You'll support daily community upkeep in an apartment community, learning foundational property maintenance. This entry-level role involves maintaining cleanliness of grounds and amenities while gaining hands-on experience in a supportive team environment.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Clean and pick up debris and trash throughout the property
• Maintain cleanliness of breezeways, sidewalks, and common areas
• Perform light preventative maintenance and apartment make-readies
• Assist with pool maintenance and minor repairs

📋 Requirements

• High school diploma or GED equivalent
• Valid driver's license
• Ability to perform yardwork and general facility maintenance
