🎯 What You'll Do

• Create and facilitate live virtual and in-person training sessions
• Lead end-to-end onboarding for new hires in Ads and Payments
• Design and maintain instructional materials and job aids
• Assess training effectiveness using adoption and assessment data

📋 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Education, Instructional Design, or related field
• 3–5+ years in technical training or enablement in a corporate setting
• Proficiency in instructional design models (e.g., ADDIE)
• Experience with LMS, CRM, and content authoring tools (e.g., Articulate 360)

✨ Nice to Have

• Data analysis skills using BI tools (SQL, Looker, Tableau)
• Familiarity with AI-powered analytics platforms
• CPTD or CPTM certification
