You'll review service events submitted by process servers to ensure compliance with court and customer requirements. You will investigate complaints and contested serves while providing education to process servers. This role is part of a remote team in Michigan supporting ABC Legal Services.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Review service events for compliance with ABC, court, and customer requirements
• Provide education and instruction to process servers regarding service requirements
• Investigate service complaints and create complaint reports
• Audit process server service event histories and logbooks

📋 Requirements

• High school diploma or GED required
• 6-12 months relevant experience preferred
• Excellent written communication skills, specifically professional email
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office

• Writing experience in professional or higher education environment
• Ability to take concise and effective notes
• Experience training remotely using Microsoft Teams
